Program Description
The International EBP Nursing Fellowship is a comprehensive 18-month initiative by St. Jude Global Nursing, to empower nursing professionals with the skills to integrate evidence-based nursing practices into clinical care.
Fellowship Features
-
Self paced online and experiential learning opportunities.

Collaborative learning with the Nursing Peers from St. Jude.

Designing and implementing an EBP project to improve patient care within their own setting.
-
Presenting & Sharing the outcomes of the EBP project.

Clinical Observer ship opportunities during Visit to St. Jude.
Eligible Applicants
-
Nurses with minimum of 2 years clinical experience in Pediatric Oncology.

Minimum MSN or BSN degree (Masters preferred).

Fluency in English.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Committed to fulfill all the requirements of the fellowship.

Plan to remain in pediatric oncology practice for at least 2 years after training.

February – July 2027: Phase I (6 months) Self-Paced online learning, Facilitator guided live session
August 2027: 1st Onsite Visit at St. Jude (1 week) Final proposal presentation, Advance EBP skills
September – October 2027: Phase II (2 months) Pre Implementation planning
November 2027 – October 2028: Phase III (10 months) Implementation
August 2028: 2nd Onsite Visit at St Jude (1 week) Final Presentation, Clinical Observership
